You are going to need to demil your kit, modify your trigger box, bend a flat (or buy a receiver), press the barrel into the trunnion and set the bolt gap, weld in the cocking tube, and you're just about ready to finish.

WEBDec 18, 2016 · I am so glad someone has documented one of these builds!! I built a regular CETME L up from a APEX kit. Used all HMG stuff as you did OP, it's not a hard build, but pretty technical, and alot of welding and fitting. I love mine so far, I just need to find a way to raise my front site as it's shooting a foot high at 50yds.
