WEB1952: birth. Three parents and a social worker Jean Garwood met to form our charity. Ian Dawson-Shepherd, Eric Hodgson and Alex Moira wanted their children with cerebral palsy to have equal access to education.. WEBOur membership scheme is open to anyone 18 years old or over, who: shares our vision, mission and values. agrees to our members code of conduct. Our members include disabled people, parents and carers, and disability allies.
