Fun spot for the kids and you get to see the original "Alice Springs". Some old building etc etc. Easy drive from Alice and good parking. Easy walking. Toilets. Food and drink available. Full review by MichaelandAnne

I would suggest , if you are staying more than 1 night in Alice, leave it till the next day and book with a tour company to see all that Alice has to offer, That way the driver gives …

I would suggest , if you are staying more than 1 night in Alice, leave it till the next day and book with a tour company to see all that Alice has to offer, That way the driver gives interesting facts, even as you are going from one site to another, ie school of the Air,Telegraph Station etc, as our tour was organised by the Ghan, we just sat back and enjoyed the trip, although it was an organised tour there was plenty of time at each stop, Also having an air conditioned bus between stops could be a godsend
