The theatre, classroom, and adjacent house tour required at most 100 ft sidewalk walk between buildings. Viewing the house in full did require climbing normal stairs up and down. We did not visit the farm, so I can’t speak to that.

So you'd have lodging, tours and food all on the same property, and right in the middle of the countryside. If you are looking to stay on an Amish property, then I agree with Missy's suggestion.
