Hello! Patrick is correct that we are in a residential area, but we are very close to downtown and to some hotels further up Richmond Road heading out of town. The closest in that direction is the Double Tree Suites by Hilton. Otherwise, we would suggest the Hilton or the Hyatt downtown which are both about 2-2.5 miles away. I wouldn't suggest walking, but that's just my personal preference. Hope this helps! Don't hesitate to contact us directly if we can be of further assistance.
