Bearspaw Golf Club stretches over 200 acres of country side on the NW edge of Calgary. The course is ranked amongst the finest in the province of Alberta. Bearspaw has hosted the 1999 RCGA Mid-Amatuer Championship, 2009 Alberta Amatuer Championship and hosted the 2011 ATB Financial Classic presented by Telus, a Canadian Tour Event. Members may enjoy the course from 8 different yardage combinations ranging from 5136 yds. to 6750 yds. The course, a Bill Newis design has golfers playing through tree lined fairways with water features on 11 holes. The course winds itself through coulees and plateaus, and presents the player with a wide diversity of terrain and elevation changes.
