Spring Brook is a town in Dunn County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 1,320 at the 2000 census. The unincorporated community of Falls City is located in the town. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 62.1 square miles, of which, 60.8 square miles of it is land and 1.4 square miles of it is water.
