I second that. I picked Parking Lecarre purely because of the logistics. It's close enough to the center and one of the closest ones driving into town. As an added bonus the parking is …

I second that. I picked Parking Lecarre purely because of the logistics. It's close enough to the center and one of the closest ones driving into town. As an added bonus the parking is free but I think you have to park for 3 hours or less to get that. And use the rightmost gates when entering with a sign "gratituitie" or something to that extent. Probably either gates provides the same benefit buit I'm not sure.

I think that the easiest way is by train from Basel bahnhof. it will take about 45 minutes. You will need a tarin toward Strasbourg

It's not far from Colmar train station to the centre. We walked with our luggage to Grand'Rue and it was no problem at all.
