Your question is not as clear as it could be. There is only a bus from the parking lot to the beach, but if you are asking if the Laguna Trolley goes to Crystal Cove, it does not. The bus service does go along PCH, and they are pretty clean, as well as Uber being an option.

Previous answer is good. Another spot worth your time would be the tide pools located at Little Corona Del Mar Beach - maybe 5-8 miles north of Crystal Cove.
