Eisenhower State Park is located on one of the largest if not the largest lake on the Red River. It's huge, scenic, beautifully clear water, clean, and seems to be a great place for kayakers. A spacious adventure zone! There are several places to launch, but check with the park HQ for recommendations, etc.. We loved this place. It's excellent for hiking, camping, picnicking, fishing, and boating. For a little inspiration, do a search on YouTube for "Kayaking at Eisenhower State Park Lake Texoma" by someone nicknamed "North TX Hiking Kayaker" (it's not me!)
