I get it. I booked the wrong date for a birthday experience and will take the mistake on the chin. What I do find interesting is the absolute lack of empathy and any attempt to rectify the situation… Full review by EwanM14

Enjoyed my ride but the advertised 'beach ride' was short lived. The hour and a half ride took at least 35 minutes to get to the beach then maybe 20 minutes up and back the beach then 35 minutes bac… Full review by sarahhall010
