As far as I can recall, there is NO charge for visiting the Memorial Hall. This does not mean there is no charge. I just can't recall if there was one or not. I really enjoyed my visit …

What hours and days will this museum be open? My group and I want to visit the afternoon of January 28.
A:
Hours are 0900-1800, with last admission at 1730. Closed New Years Day, Mondays (If a holiday falls on a Monday, the site will be open on that day). Admission is free.

The exhibition itself isn't that big and a couple of hours would do it. There is a museum almost adjacent, so you could certainly fill a half day. The place is a bit out of the way and i wouldn't recommend tackling it via public transport if you don't know your way around. Like most Korean museums, it isn't expensive at all. There are a number of smaller niche museums in the port area of Incheon and you could spend an enjoyable day there if you don't want to head to Seoul itself.
