This cozy cabin is located on 5 1/2 shaded, totally private acres, in a quiet cove on Lake Sam Rayburn. The cabin sits back on the lot so there is a limited lake view; however, it is only a short walk down the wooded path to the lake. The cabins exterior, windows, doors, flooring and paint were all completely updated again in December 2020. Amenities include Wifi, flat screen TV's with Dish Network in the living room and every bedroom, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and s'mores as well as games such as badminton, horseshoes, washers, and ladders. Guests also have access to a 3 man canoe and a kayak for fishing in the cove. For the fisherman, there is a stainless steel fish cleaning station next to the cabin. While we do offer the cabin to those hunting in the Angelina Forest, no hunting or target practice is allowed on the property. If you bring your boat, you can conveniently launch it at Powell Park Marina which is located only a couple of miles away.
