We are a 25 minute drive to Waco, Magnolia Market and Baylor University. We are located down a private country drive with controlled access to the property. Our secluded home is situated on 48 acres with 360 ft of river access - right in the backyard! Fishing, kayaking, swimming, floating the river, observing wildlife & camp fires are the norm here. With river access 192 feet away from the front door! (Yes, we measured ). So come play, enjoy the view and clock in some personal relaxation time at the Lazy River Cottage! ————————————————————- Our family lives in the main house which is close by the cottage (about 6 feet from the main house). The cottage is a separate building by the main house with a private entrance. We do share a backyard, and we will try our best to minimize interactions while you enjoy your stay.
