Hi!!! Does this beach can be visited while going to Uluwatu temple? Does this place charge for foreigners? We are a group of two families with small kids and will be staying at Kokonut suites, Seminyak. Please suggest some restaurants nearby to have lunch at a reasonable price. Thanks in advance!!!

You must start from morning maybe from 8 am for visiting uluwatu temple and melasti in one day. I forget for foreigner but for local people only is charged 5000 for bike and 10000 for car. This is absolutely cheap for tourist. On melasti beach there are many restaurants that good for lunch and have reasonable price. I hope my answer can help you.
