from reading the comments of others yes the place is smokey and needs exhaust fans to take the smoke out or be one of the first places in Arizona to ban smoking in the casino, I can imagine the employs working there that don't smoke on how there lungs must be. there are casino that don't allow smoking while playing and it is time Arizona laws were put in place for all public places. within 20 feet. the specials for dinner are very good and cheap.
