Lima Puluh Kota Regency is a regency of West Sumatra province, Indonesia. It has an area of 3,273.40 km² and had a population of 348,249 at the 2010 census and 383,525 at the 2020 census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 396.437 - comprising 198,680 males and 197,747 females. The regency seat is the town of Sarilamak.
