A couple of parking spaces in the parking and along the street. Clean beach with a cafe at the edge and also lifeguards and surfers. Perfect to just sit and watch or to wet your feet. Full review by yazitravels

Dogs are not permitted on Merewether Beach, nor the area South of it (Burwood in Glenrock State Conservation Area). There are several signs to make visitors aware of this exclusion. The large number of dog owners routinely ignoring the signs suggests that the exclusions are not policed effectively.
Was wondering what parking is like please ? Travelling with small children so don't want to walk too far to get to the beach.

There's heaps of parking at Merewether as there's a large car park there. Try parking closer to the southern / lower end as this is closer to the baths.
