This hotel needs to be updated. The furnishings are dirty and old. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 10 years. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Full review by GlobeTrotting425347

This mall is a downer. Many vacant stores inside, very limited choices in tiny food court. Tables in food dining area dirty, not cleaned, trash cans overflowing. Full review by kevinkorell
