It is a self paced tour. If you just take a quick walk through, could be done in maybe 10 minutes. But, I highly recommend that you take your time. Read all the wall plaques about the well, tornado that destroyed the town, walk down the stairs to the bottom, etc. And, make sure talk to the locals working there. Some survived the town's devastation and re-building. If you did this, you could easily spend at least an hour.
