Hi Neha, you don't have to pay to enter Harbourfront. The summer weekend festivals are free even the performances. The food is extra and at a cost. You can choose to shop in Queens Quay Terminal but that would be at a cost or if you choose to dine at one of the restaurants. The boat tours are not free, neither is the ferry to the islands. PawWays, the animal museum, may have a nominal fee or might be free (I forget which). But you can walk around Harbourfront as much as you wish. There is no admission fee. Have a great time and enjoy! One warning, if you are using the LRT (the streetcar) be careful when departing because there are four sets of lights: one for cars, one for the LRT, one for cyclists and one for pedestrians.
