I would never recommend the Union Depot. I was there waiting for my bus to brimg.me to Chicago, which was 3 hours late) while waiting I went to charge my.phone and was told to charge it somewhere els… Full review by Passport40383048204

Cushion seats in the main Amtrak waiting area. Two phone-charging stations, both at 240 East Kellogg entrance. Free wifi works great. No password needed. Full review by bronxraven2
