Walnut Canyon is a must see! There are a lot of steps, 782 to be exact. The trail descends 185 vertical feet into the canyon and returns the same way. Full review by Gaila K

The paved path around the Island Trail is not very long, but the climb up and down the stairs can be quite a workout. If you want to soak in the sights and sounds, I would allow 1 to 1.5 hours. Hope this helps!
