I trained in Sussex and have been working as a full-time professional painter since 2002. My contemporary paintings are held in private and public collections worldwide. The oil paintings are created using a multitude of layers and are deeply connected to nature. I work exclusively with oil paints and I believe my work communicates all that is good in the world.The materials I use are extremely important. A mixture of oils, inks, glosses, glazes, fine glitter and gold leaf are applied in a multitude of layers. Washes are built up to form a work that is infused with colour. Paintbrushes, sponges, rags, palette knives and fingers are all used to create the finished piece.
