Since I live East Legon, Accra close to Medina, I took a trotro from Medina to Koforidua (17 cedis) and then a cab. The driver waited for me and took me back to Koforidua bus station. This is way more expensive than the trotro but I was in a rush. I leave early in the morning you could take a trotro from Koforidua as well.
