It looks as if it might be wet when we go to the area next week and I found this museum when I googled 'what to do in wet weather in Launceston'!! I see it's three stories though, so is there anywhere I'd be able to sit, as I have very arthritic knees! I CAN walk up stairs, but need to sit afterwards!! Many thanks, Mary

While dogs are not allowed to walk round the house, we are happy for well behaved dogs to be walked through the museum so that they can stay, supervised, in our garden while their owners visit. there is a dog water bowl in ouyr garden.

I had a look on line for you Edna and it is Hours of Opening Monday – Friday – Open all Bank Holidays 10.30am – 4.30pm – last entry 4.00pm
