For $10 per person you get to walk thru a couple of rooms and read some stuff. No real history. If you want to learn about Alexander Hamilton, you would get more out of Google than this museum Full review by allenw815
I'm not sure. You'll have to check w/ hotel concierge or local taxi driver/tour guide. There are days in the week the town do not open for business such as Sunday reserved for worship.
