Excellent location. Very beautiful part of Australia. Cannot believe the Australian ocean. Even saw dolphins playing in the waves amongst the surfers. Full review by Simon R

YOU can walk from Noosa, all the way to the National Park, but this first part is on a Boardwalk and is not completely smooth, has steepish parts to it. It can be used by walkers or wheelchairs and prams. From the start of the National Park, there is a sealed Path for more than 1 km around the shoreline. That path has been created for wheelchair access, so has NO STEPS

The walk is fairly easy all the way to Hell's Gate but unfortunately, parking was a nightmare when we visited which was the week before school holidays started. You need to get in really early to get a park! There is a cafe at the beginning of the walk as well as toilets. I'm not sure how good the cafe is as we only bought ice-creams after we completed the walk (with a 3 and 5 year old).

Hi Kayla, the trick is getting there early in the morning (sunrise is best). Parking is easy the sky is beautiful and it's cooler for the walk. The track varies, but is mostly kid friendly, however to the fairy pools it is not the main track and it is quite treacherous, so I wouldn't recommend for kids. Definitely better off parking at Noosa by the way.
Does anybody know about Noosa National park opening hours? or it can be accessed at anytime? TKS!

National Parks are open 24 / 7 there were no gates at the entrance - it is free to go in and you can visit anytime - parking is at a premium so very early am and late pm and when there is no surf (popular surfing spots at the entrance and at one of the beaches) might be better
