Dear customer, The boat captains, most of the time, stand-by at the dock where our Ride the Ducks splash in for cruising to command the boat. This is due to time scheduling of the boat captains. We had two times that we had to switch drivers from Hagatna area and this is something unusual and was due to urgent matter. If this was the day you joined our tour, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
