I would recommend Fog Harbor at Pier 39. I don’t recall any of the restaurants at the Ferry Building Marketplace having shrimp louie on their menus. It’s a good ways from the Ferry Building but you can take a rickshaw or rent a motorized scooter. Have a great visit!
