The Bears were already eliminated from playoff contention before this week, and all that's left is a final division game against the Green Bay Packers in Week 18 and arguably one of the most important offseasons in franchise history.

In an ugly game at Soldier Field, the Seahawks defeated the Chicago Bears 6–3 on Thursday night to improve to 9–7.

Also inactive for the Seahawks are cornerback Nehemiah Pritchett, linebacker Patrick O'Connell, tackle Micael Jerrell, receiver Cody White and quarterback Jaren Hall, who will dress as the team's emergency third quarterback for the second week in a row after being signed from the practice squad to the 53-man roster last week.
