Two people allegedly had items stolen in the connector between the mall and the Omni Providence Hotel, including a Gucci bag and an iPhone, according to authorities.

“A juvenile was assaulted by a group in front of Providence Place Mall on Saturday — and robbed at gunpoint,” GoLocal reported. On December 15, a mall worker was reportedly robbed and assaulted by a gang of individuals on the Mall Skybridge.
