Minnesota-based frozen food delivery company Yelloh said it’s facing “multiple insurmountable business challenges.”

The once-popular frozen food home delivery company, Yelloh, better known as Schwan's Home Delivery, is ceasing operations before the end of the year.The Minnesota-based company announced Monday that it would close its doors in November.

Food delivery company Yelloh, formerly known as Schwan's Home Delivery, announced Monday it'll shut down in November after 72 years of operations. The announcement comes one year after the Marshall, Minnesota-based company said it would close 90 delivery centers and cut 750 jobs nationwide as it shrunk service to 18 states.

The food delivery business with the iconic yellow trucks “has regrettably run its life cycle,” says one board member. The Schwan’s name lives on in frozen foods after a South Korean company bought that part of the business in 2019.

Yelloh, the company formerly known as Schwan’s, will cease operations later this year. The 72-year-old company announced the closing on Monday, citing “insurmountable” business challenges and customers’ lifestyles,
