Several criss-crossing trackways were discovered. Some of which were thought to be made by the long-necked dinosaurs called Cetiosaurus, with others from the carnivorous Megalosaurus.

Five separate trackways, made by the 30ft carnivore Megalosaurus and probably a 60ft long-necked, herbivorous Cetiosaurus, were spotted in the limestone bedrock of the Dewars farm quarry near Middleton Stoney.
