PHOENIX — A Phoenix man has been sentenced to prison after he used Valley bookstores to sneak drugs into correctional facilities. Julius Dixon, 54, was sentenced to 51 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute controlled substances, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office of Arizona.
