The Indian camp had a funny moment during Day 2 of the ongoing first Test match between India and Bangladesh, in Chennai.

The Indian dugout was in splits after Rohit Sharma was caught hitting Shubman Gill on his jaw playfully during the Chennai Test match. Kohli, Rohit and Shubman shared a light moment as India dominated Bangladesh on Day 2 in Chennai.

Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli share a great camaraderie on and off the field. On Friday, a heartwarming video went viral on social media in which the duo could be seen bursting into laughter.

With a lead of 227 runs, India ended second at 81 for 3 with Shubman Gill (33 batting) and Rishabh Pant (12 batting) at the crease. The rest of the six Bangladesh wickets were equally shared by rookie Akash Deep (2/19), seasoned Ravindra Jadeja (2/19) and Mohammed Siraj (2/30).

On day two of the Test, India leads Bangladesh by 308 runs, with Ashwin scoring 113. A humorous video surfaced showing Rohit Sharma pranking Shubman Gill, prompting laughter from Kohli and the team.

Batting in the second innings on Day 2, Virat was dismissed for 17 off 37 after stand-in umpire Richard Kettleborough deemed him lbw. However, replays suggested that Virat had hit the ball with his bat before the ball hit his pads while he did not opt for the Decision Review System (DRS).
