Former Vikings and Packers Pro Bowl edge rusher Za'Darius Smith is headed to the third NFC North team of his career, as he's been traded from the Browns to the division-leading Lions in an unsurprising deal to kick off deadline day in the NFL.

We have reached the halfway point of the NFL season and it's time to hand out some midseason awards for Detroit, Minnesota, Green Bay and Chicago. The division remains the best in football as the only one with all four teams boasting a .500 record or better.
