The Colts, like all NFL teams, can begin filling out their 90-man roster the day after the offseason ends by signing practice-squad players to reserve/future contracts and signing exclusive-rights free agents to one-year extension.
Colts sign RB Tyler Goodson to one-year contract extension
The Indianapolis Colts announced on Monday that they’ve signed running back Tyler Goodson to a one-year extension for the 2025 season. Goodson made the Colts’ 53-man roster this season and was the third running back on the depth chart when everyone was healthy behind Jonathan Taylor and Trey Sermon.

The Colts announced they have signed 14 players to futures contracts for the 2025 season, as well as one-year extensions for RB Tyler Goodson and LB Segun Olubi.
