PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Police have arrested a man accused of vandalizing a high-end steakhouse in Providence Thursday afternoon. Edward Barlog, 43, has been charged with vandalism after he caused “significant damage” to the Capital Grille, according to a city spokesperson.
