Case stems from 193 abortions Dr. Candace Sue Cooley performed at the Center of Orlando for Women during two-week period right after waiting-period law took effect.

This November, voters will have the chance to keep the 6-week abortion ban enacted this year in Florida or expand it to 23-24 weeks.
