According to The Sun TV, 40 North Korean soldiers stationed in Russia have been killed by the Ukrainian army. These troops were deployed with Russian troops in the Kursk region of Ukraine. One wounded North Korean soldier described how Ukrainian forces killed 40 soldiers of his brigade.

North Korean troops have clashed for the first time with Ukrainian forces in Russia’s war against Ukraine, as per the New York Times with the report also stating that the troops are occupying a portion of Kursk region in Russia.
