May 23, 2023 · Bioplastic is one of the good alternatives for traditional plastic due to its high biodegradability and environmentally friendly nature. This paper proposes a novel method for synthesizing biodegradable material from banana peels.
Hence an investigation has been carried out to synthesize bioplastic using banana peels and potato starch and also to study its characterization using FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) analysis, Solubility and Swelling tests.
