ABS is a terpolymer made by polymerizing styrene and acrylonitrile in the presence of polybutadiene. The proportions can vary from 15% to 35% acrylonitrile, 5% to 30% butadiene and 40% to 60% styrene.

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is often used to make light, rigid, molded products such as piping, automotive body parts, wheel covers, enclosures, protective head gear, and toys including LEGO bricks. This ABS has a high Melt Flow Index (MFI=34) which helps it flow better in our machines. Note: ABS will require the mold to be pre-heated.
