Apr 16, 2019 · What I did was I cleared data (cache and cookies), emptied trash, emptied spam, made sure I had enough memory on my phone, and then I refreshed my outbox. It went through. Both emails that got stuck on queue.

Jan 1, 2019 · Same ongoing issue. NOT ONE Response from Google gmail support. I've tried several of the suggestions (clear cache, clear data, dismiss the queued notification, refresh outbox, send photos 1 by 1, log out & log back in, paid for Google Drive extra storage which seemed to help but only 1 time).
