Jul 31, 2024 · The Encrypt option in the New Outlook can be found in the Options tab of the message you are trying to encrypt. I can't include screenshots for some reason, but there should be a little lock icon similar to the one found in Classic Outlook. Once you click on the dropdown menu, you should find the option to encrypt your email.

It is not in my app list on my computer to remove. I can't find it anywhere in Outlook Settings to remove it.
