Sep 15, 2014 · My normal kratom dose was about 3-4 tablespoons per day (about 19-26 grams), usually one cup in the morning, one in the afternoon. this is how i weened myself off: week one - 3 tablespoons kratom, 1 table spoon stem and vein. week two - 2.5 tablespoons kratom, 1.5 tbsp stem and vein. week three - 2 tbsp kratom, 2 tbsp stem and vein.

A minute amount of 7-OH hydroxymitragynine is alledgedly in kratom and its anywhere from 3-13x stronger orally than morphine.
