What suppressor sights for P365 w/Holosun | SIG Talk

Jul 9, 2021 · The points on a suppressor height sight sit higher so you can look over an obstruction (suppressor or red dot) - because of that, yes they will be higher from the barrel axis than normal sights. Bullets don't travel in a straight line like light does, so all sights are at some level ABOVE the barrel.

Nov 14, 2022 · My take is the friend's suppressor height sights got in the way while trying to use RDS only, not that friend was trying to cowitness. Rick, is that correct? I have Holosun RDS' on both the 365 and 365XL, but use normal height sights - partly because I'm worried the same thing would happen (blocking RDS sight picture due to tall iron sights).

Below is my Mars Armament THUG Colt 1911 with a controlled pair from 10 yards. It doesn’t have suppressor height sights. Once you get used to shooting suppressed, it isn’t necessary to get the sights.

May 8, 2020 · Standard height sights generally aren't tall enough to be visible through a red dot sight. Suppressor height sights should give you at least a 1/3 co-witness. Yes the full size USP Tactical .45 has proper suppressor height sights but honestly it feels the same when aiming down it or the HK45CT.
