Then after finding the next coil's polarities, I tried: 12v connected to both positive or negative wires (inputs) of coils, other two wire connected to MOSFET's drain.

Oct 12, 2021 · Try putting a large capacitor (at lest 2200uF) in parallel with the power supply rails as to the mosfets as possible. You may even need to put a small resistor in the Vcc rail between R3 and Q1 and a capacitor across the 555 to isolate it from the rest of the circuit.
