Apr 8, 2015 · As for pattern marking I do pretty much what you do. Mark stitched areas with a highlighter. At one point I’d use different color highlighters for each day of stitching. That way I could distinctly see how much progress I was making in a day. This only worked for me on full coverage patterns though.

Apr 22, 2023 · I usually use the sunglass icon option for marking/highlighting stitches. Using this, to switch it to backstitches, select a backstitch color from the color drop down list and then mark just like normal - the marker changes to a pencil but it works the same way.
