Nov 19, 2019 · In general around 16 cm or smaller wrist should go with the 40mm, and 17 cm or higher the 44mm. I'm right in the middle and went with the bigger watch for the above reasons. In regards to text size, battery and all that, yes the 44mm is a bit better there, but not much really IMO to make a huge difference.

Dec 7, 2022 · My feeling is that the Ultra may be too big for your wrist. I have the smaller Apple Watch 8. It’s specifications are: 45mm by 38mm by 10.7mm (45mm).
